I placed an order for a preorder item, how can I keep up to date on what's happening in
production?
I post frequent production updates on my shop! If you're ever curious what stage I'm at in
production, you can go to the product page of the item you purchased, scroll down, and you
will see a list of updates with the dates they were posted.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
I'm so sorry about that! I do my best to wrap each order to prevent damage
during
transit but accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged please send me an email
at
store@vauliys.com. In the email please include
your order number and photos
of
the damage so I can best assist you in receiving a new one.
I would like to return my order for a refund

the
shipment date.
