What is a "preorder"?

A pre-order is an item that is currently not in stock and will have a longer than usual production and processing period. To keep up to date with the production of your pre-order item please click here.


How will I know when you're restocking?

I will always announce restocks on my socials and send a newsletter out to subscribers, so make sure to sign up.


How come I haven't recieved my Newsletter Welcome discount?

Due to my shop being on a "starter" plan via shopify - this means all Newsletters are sent out manually. On the first of every month I will export a CSV file containing all Newsletter subscribers, import the CSV to Shopify and then send out a Welcome email containing your discount code. Thank you for your patience!

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5-14 business days. If I encounter any significant delays due to stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances, I will get in touch directly to provide updates. If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock.


Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

Australian Standard shipments are usually delivered within 3-7 business days. This comes at a flat rate of $11.00 AUD, and I do offer free shipping for orders over $80 AUD. For those in a hurry, I offer an express shipping option that aims to get your items to you within 1-3 business days. Prices are based on Australia Post Express shipping rate.


International Shipping

Please note that delivery times and costs can fluctuate based on the destination, package weight, and the carrier. It's also worth keeping in mind that customs and import taxes may apply for international orders, which customers are responsible for. Vauliys holds no responsibility for any customs-related delays.

I placed an order for a preorder item, how can I keep up to date on what's happening in production?

I post frequent production updates on my shop! If you're ever curious what stage I'm at in production, you can go to the product page of the item you purchased, scroll down, and you will see a list of updates with the dates they were posted.


My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

I'm so sorry about that! I do my best to wrap each order to prevent damage during transit but accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged please send me an email at store@vauliys.com. In the email please include your order number and photos of the damage so I can best assist you in receiving a new one.


I would like to return my order for a refund

Please contact store@vauliys.com within 14 days of the shipment date.
